You are Dax, one of seven Magrunners selected among the elite to participate in MagTech Corporation’s space training program. But, what should be the chance of a lifetime quickly becomes a horrific nightmare. Equipped with your Magtech glove, you must harness the ability to magnetically polarize and manipulate objects in the environment to survive and surpass challenging puzzles. Your reflexes and ingenuity will be pushed to their limits as you make your way through 40+ immense and dangerous levels, including high-tech training rooms and the endless chasms of the lost cosmos, on a path to confront the horrendous creatures of Cthulhu!
In the near future, in 2050, a handful of young and brilliant citizens have been chosen by Gruckezber Corporation to join the Magtech training program for space exploration. Equipped with a special glove using Gruckezberg’s technology, the candidates have to solve their way through a huge maze of challenge rooms, by magnetically charging objects that will attract or repel each other. But when an earthquake disrupts the training program, what seemed to be the chance of a lifetime for the candidates will soon become a descent into folly and cosmic horror! Magrunner will put your brain and your reflexes to the test! With the Magtech glove, you can load objects with green or red charges. Two items loaded with the same charge will attract each other, while two items loaded with different charges will repel one another! These simple mechanics open a broad range of possibilities. Upon mastering them you will be able to progress along the game, solving puzzles by studying your surroundings, testing possibilities and analyzing their effects. And as your world becomes engulfed in danger, your skills will be tested more than ever. Do not falter, for your very life is at stake … and the fate of mankind is in your hands.
